The program supports female PhD students, post-doctoral candidates, junior research group leaders, PD´s and Junior professors at the Saarland University who aim to achieve a top position in business, science or research. The aim is to increase the proportion of women in attractive professional and management positions, to increase the proportion of female applicants for professorships, especially in the MINT field, and to motivate them to plan their own careers outside the scientific world.
Angesprochen sind alle Promovendinnen, Postdoktorandinnen, Habilitandinnen, Nachwuchsgruppenleiterinnen, Privatdozentinnen und Juniorprofessorinnen der Universität des Saarlandes, die das Ziel einer Spitzenposition in Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft oder Forschung fokussieren. Ziel ist die Erhöhung des Anteils von Frauen in attraktive Berufs- und Führungspositionen, die Steigerung des Anteils an weiblichen Bewerberinnen auf eine Professur, vor allem im MINT-Bereich, sowie die Motivation zur Planung einer eigenen beruflichen Karriere auch außerhalb der Wissenschaftswelt.
